So when one is carrying a balance or hoping to get something to balance of on their lists, these cards really come as a savior. Citi Forward Visa is another type of card that can come as a helpful source while balancing the economy on a tough situation. But this works on points and positive rewards and if one is going low one can really have a lower reduction working through this. There are no hidden fees involved, however.
